Zenni Optical Return & Refund Policy

Zenni Optical provides a straightforward return process for customers who aren’t completely satisfied with their eyewear:

• 14-Day Refund Window: Return eligible glasses within 14 days of delivery to request a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally excluded.
