  • Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas.
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be informed by registered email and mobile number.
  • A shipping and international shipping fee of 10 will be applied to orders below  100.
  • If all international market items in an order are canceled, the international shipping fee is refundable. However, if only some international items are canceled, the fee still applies and won’t be refunded.

We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange/refund may not be possible. For Details please refer to our returns policy.
Note, we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
